Stability conditions on abelian or triangulated categories

Supervisor: Anna Barbieri

Description

A stability condition on an abelian (e.g., King’s stability) or a triangulated (Bridgeland’s stability)  category encodes some homological properties of the category. There are several perspectives on stability conditions, ranging from algebraic geometry, or representation theory of algebras, to mathematical physics, enumerative and invariant theories, reflected by the category one is interested in.
